Client Council

The Academic Hospitals Client Council (CRAZ) gives general and specific advice to university hospitals to improve the quality of patient care. In addition, it is involved in the appointment of members for the Boards of Directors.

Improving the quality of health care
Composed of members nominated by patient organisations, CRAZ acts as a link between patients and the Boards of Directors. Together with CRAZ, the university medical centres want to stimulate patients to influence policy and enhance their involvement in the quality of care.
