To make an appointment, you can contact the outpatient clinic where you will be treated. Please note that for several outpatient clinics you cannot make an appointment personally; this will be done by the referring practitioner, usually your GP.

As of March, all outpatient clinics have extra opening hours: from 17.00 to 20.00 every Tuesday.

The day of the appointment
Before your visit it might be useful to make a list of your questions and health complaints so that you don’t forget to mention anything to the doctor. Of course, you can bring a relative or another trusted person with you. This way you can discuss the consultation afterwards: two people often hear more than one.

Map of the outpatient clinics
The outpatient clinics ('polikliniek') are centred around the 'Poliplein' on level 1 of the hospital. Some can be found on other levels, i.e. Dietetics; Endoscopy; Oral Diseases and Maxillofacial Surgery; Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery; Ophthalmology (eye surgery); and Radiology.
